The 2023 Solutions Summit delivered on an action-packed agenda filled with innovation and collaboration accompanied by some of the top equipment rental companies in the world. Based on the feedback of RentalMan users that attended, we’ve highlighted the top three most insightful takeaways from our post-event survey.
#1 – The highly anticipated arrival of IntelliSource
Inspired by the daily challenges faced by rental coordinators, Ken Kimura, Director of Product at Wynne Systems, announced the launch of RentalMan’s latest product addition, IntelliSource. Summit attendees previewed a first look at this transformative tool that drastically increases the productivity of rental coordinators through intelligence and automation. While not full-blown AI, this release moves equipment sourcing in that direction by working with the rental coordinator to make the best decisions for the company. With up to 50% faster equipment sourcing, 75% less transfer negotiation, and 3% less transportation costs, IntelliSource is seen as the future of equipment sourcing in the rental industry.
As a part of this product reveal, attendees were greeted with IntelliSource branded “easy buttons” that activated the concept of “Equipment Sourcing Made Easy” – with the push of a button, your rental equipment sourcing has never been easier.
#2 – Came for the roadmap, stayed for the networking.
Placing some of the brightest minds in the industry together for two full days is bound to reap powerful collaboration. One of the key takeaways, according to RentalMan users that attended Summit, was the chance to talk with others in the industry and learn how they are tackling similar challenges… RentalMan users also had a chance to dive into topics during a Rental Roundtable that highlighted:

#3 – Complimentary consulting hours
A brand-new and very popular element to the 2023 User Summit was the complimentary consulting sessions. During these sessions, RentalMan users were able to discuss their unique challenges and ideas directly with a Wynne expert. Session blocks were completely booked for both days… We absolutely plan to keep this concept alive in future events!
