Explore how better equipment tracking software and tool tracking software can help you manage your business better.

The availability and assignment of equipment, both capital assets, and small tools, can be tracked throughout all phases of the construction project. Track from the initial job site request, to delivery from the yard, all the way through to the return of the equipment. Project Managers, PMO Offices, yard managers, and equipment foreman all rely on Wynne’s tool and equipment tracking software to maximize efficiencies and control costs. No longer are your teams playing phone tag to get the right equipment where it is needed. Better asset management in the yard ensures that you are depreciating and insuring assets correctly.

Manage All Equipment

Manage internal and rented equipment at all your yards and job sites. Track inventory of your fleet, both capital assets and small tools, as well as manage maintenance. Track costs and depreciation for your serialized or bulk items and bill out for their use.

Integrate with Your ERP

Integration with your key construction Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as Oracle and SAP with easy to tailor interfaces into CMiC, JDE and Timberline. Our flexible SOA architecture allows you to connect to your business-critical applications.

Get Real Time Data

Job Site Portal provides you a real-time view of all your equipment requisitions and inventory. Foreman can browse a list of all the equipment they can source and select what is needed, request delivery times, allocate project codes, and detail any operator requests. The yard can then process the order and track inventory.

Minimize Costs, Maximize Efficiency

Minimize costs and maximize efficiency by managing your assets down to the individual project level. You can calculate margins at a job or division level. PMO and procurement teams can use these tools to manage internal and external rentals.

FAQs for RentalResult Equipment Tracking Software

What does the equipment process look like in RentalResult?

This diagram illustrates how, leveraging our suite of solutions for construction companies, you can create a completely paperless process workflow.

Can you integrate with other corporate ERPs?

Yes! Many of our customers require integration between their corporate ERP (such as Oracle, JD Edwards or SAP). We have an open system which allows for a bi-directional, real-time data sync.

We have multiple equipment facilities. Can we manage all of them on RentalResult?

Yes. The beauty of the system is that it’s designed for companies who operate with multiple facilities. By implementing a single-solution, you’re best able to move equipment to facilities with a greater need when utilization is low. It keeps your purchasing and re-rent costs down, and reduces the need for equipment facility/warehouse managers to work in silos.

How does an implementation work?

Depending on the size and scope of your operations, an implementation can be complex. However, we mitigate the risk by performing an in-depth discovery process. Our team on site can observe your operations and understand how you’ll require the software to be configured for immediate success.

When it comes to implementing, you can approach it in one of two ways:

  1. Big bang. You go-live on your new software at every facility on the same day.
  2. Phased. You select one location (or a few) to go-live at the start and phase in new locations at regular intervals.
