Simplify Your Workflow: Powerful Filter Tricks in RentalResult

In construction equipment management, every second counts. When you’re juggling hundreds of assets across job sites, having to scroll endlessly through tables to find the right equipment is not just frustrating, it’s costly. The video highlights how RentalResult’s enhanced table-filtering feature can dramatically reduce time spent on routine searches.

Why Table Filters Matter

  • Time = Money
Sifting through long equipment tables manually is inefficient. What if you could instantly filter to show only the assets relevant to you?

  • Sharper Focus
Table filters let you zoom in on exactly what matters, by status, location, availability, certification so you’re not wasting minutes scrolling when critical decisions are needed.

How Smart Filtering Works

  1. Multi-Criteria Filters
You can chain together filters like “available,” “on‑site,” “requires certification” so the system only displays assets that match all your criteria.

  2. Saved Filter Templates
Set up your go-to filters once, then reapply them instantly with one click, whether you’re searching for backhoes, forklifts, or certified operators.

  3. Instant Refresh
Filters update dynamically as data is refreshed, ensuring you always see the most accurate snapshot of your fleet.

Real-World Impact

  • Quicker Dispatch
Instead of clicking through dozens of items, you filter and send the nearest qualified gear ready for the job within seconds.

  • Reduced Oversight
Filters catch edge cases, expired certifications, unscheduled maintenance before they morph into job-site issues.

  • Better Coordination
Field teams and dispatch can align more efficiently when everyone is looking at a filtered view tailored to that day’s priorities.

How To Use Filter Rows

This allows you to filter down to bite size data on screen where datasets look busy.

Example – I want to only see data for ‘John Wayne Airport’
