RentalResult Integration to Wynne Logistics Solution

The integration with the Wynne Logistics Solution (WLS) takes your logistics management to the next level. By enabling seamless outbound data flow, this integration ensures real-time communication across your logistics operations. From creating shipments and tracking goods to automating inter-branch transfers and pickups, the integration eliminates manual errors and improves the accuracy of your operations.

Key capabilities include automated shipment creation, live updates for goods picked and delivered, and assignment of logistics tasks to default trucks and drivers. This enhanced connectivity provides greater visibility, streamlined workflows, and smarter decision-making. Whether you’re managing complex transfers or ensuring delivery precision, the RentalResult and WLS integration empowers your team to optimize every step of the logistics process.

OTD/OTP and Interface Enhancement

Enhance Transparency with Audit Tracking for Sales and Purchase Order Dates

Gain deeper insight and control over your order management processes with the new auditing capability for Sales and Purchase Order dates. This enhancement allows businesses to track changes made to order dates, including the original and new dates, the user who made the change, and the exact date and time of the modification.

Through the Transaction Maintenance application, businesses can enable auditing for both sales and purchase order dates, with an optional feature to require reason codes for changes. Reason codes can be created and managed via the Reason Code Maintenance application, ensuring that every change is documented and justified. This update improves accountability, supports compliance, and provides a comprehensive audit trail for better operational oversight.

Descartes Tracking

Improve Shipment Visibility with Automatic Descartes Tracking Integration

Gain enhanced visibility and tracking for your shipments with the ability to automatically store and update Descartes Tracking ID URLs. Whenever a call is made to the Descartes Shipment Service, the system now retrieves the Tracking ID from the response and stores it according to the configured rules. This ensures that every shipment is seamlessly trackable, providing real-time updates and improved logistics oversight.

The integration supports various use cases, including new and existing contracts, as well as updates made through logistics tools like the iOS Picking App. With this enhancement, businesses can ensure better tracking accuracy, reduce manual effort, and improve customer satisfaction by enabling full shipment visibility through the Job Site Portal.

VAT code

Simplify Invoice Processing with Flexible VAT Matching Options

Matching VAT on imported purchase invoices is now more precise and adaptable with the ability to match by VAT Code instead of VAT Rate. This enhancement ensures greater accuracy in processing invoices by using the VAT code provided in the XML file, making it easier to align with varied tax setups and business practices.

Additional configuration options allow businesses to handle rate mismatches seamlessly: accept VAT code differences, default to rate-based matching if no code is found, or define specific VAT codes for fallback scenarios. These features simplify the invoice matching process, reduce manual adjustments, and ensure compliance with tax regulations, saving time and increasing efficiency.

 

Change to HFC Behavior

Gain Greater Control Over Contract Management with Enhanced HFC Settings

The HFC functionality now offers more flexibility by allowing businesses to amend existing Sales and Rental contracts while restricting the creation of new ones. This enhancement ensures tighter control over contract workflows, helping businesses align operations with specific policies and scenarios.

Through the HFC Maintenance application, users can configure permissions to allow or restrict actions such as creating or amending Sales and Rental contracts. Upon release, current settings for creating Sales and Rental contracts will automatically apply to the amend options, ensuring a smooth transition. These updates provide a more tailored approach to managing contracts, improving operational oversight and efficiency.
