MobileLink, Wynne’s powerful extension of RentalMan for field personnel just got better. These new features and enhancements were put into production on April 1, 2018. The product continues to evolve and improve based on our customer’s requirements and needs.
Highlights of the software update include:
Capture Damage Photos
Use this reimagined design to easily capture multiple damage photos to view them in MobileLink, as well as Axiom Web App.
Damage Alert to Service Team
Use this feature to provide your service team a head-start on planning for unexpected damage repairs. By providing MobileLink access to your drivers, your branches will benefit from knowing the condition of damaged equipment before it leaves the job site.
Simply configure up to 2 email recipients in Axiom Web App and MobileLink will send an alert each time damage photos are captured during the check-out or check-in workflow. For greater reach, populate the recipient fields with an email distribution list address.
Faster Photo Uploads
We’ve enhanced the performance of photo uploads so they are 10X faster. Equipment check-out and check-in speeds will blow you away!
Wireless Returns for Check-In
This feature processes a wireless return for equipment checked-in through MobileLink. The equipment status is set to its default return status, allowing it to be turned immediately. The contract is placed in a held-return status, giving the branch time to review and adjust the contract before invoicing. This feature is optional. If you prefer, you can continue to use the existing MobileLink check-in process.
Meter Value Capture – Integrated with RentalMan
This feature is only available when using the Wireless Return feature.
Now, your RentalMan meter fields will display in MobileLink. Simply fill out the meter or mileage and MobileLink will populate RentalMan with the updates.
Prompt Charges Value Capture – Integrated with RentalMan
This feature is only available when using the Wireless Return feature.
Now, your RentalMan prompt charge fields will display in MobileLink. Simply fill out the prompt charge fields in MobileLink, such as fuel, and the values will populate RentalMan with the updates. Further, the prompt charges will calculate automatically in RentalMan.
