Changing Faces at Wynne

Wynnes Softball 1

Wynne has been busy this year fine tuning our business focus and processes to better serve our customers. I want to share some of those changes with you and highlight some new personnel we have added this year.

Back in April we announced a major milestone in our plans to focus on our core customers. We reorganized into two companies: Wynne, focused on large, multi-location, multi-national customers and Intempo, focused on local and regional rental companies. This allowed us to divide up into two companies and focus all of our resources on the needs of those different customer bases. We are both focusing on developing the right products and features to meet our customer’s needs better.

One of the first changes at Wynne was to add a Customer Success Manager (CSM) position. We moved four seasoned Wynne employees to this valuable new position: Jenn Willson, Scott Detwiler, Elvis Essavi and Becky Huusfeldt.  These folks have the responsibility of being their customer’s advocates for all things Wynne. They are taking a consultative customer-centric approach to our customers’ business and making sure we support their short and long term business goals. They strive to understand their clients business and conduct operational reviews to address challenges and recommend solutions.

In addition to adding the new CSM function, there are a number of new faces in our customer care department. We have added Jerome Kern, with a heavy networking background; Katie Soto, with an emphasis in training; and Mark Pringle, a rental expert who recently came from a leading rental company. These three new faces joined Mary Rock’s team and are response for addressing the day to day needs of our customers. They will continue to handle all calls to Customer Care and manage the Zendesk requests.

Another new recent hire, directly from the equipment rental industry, is Pam Case, Project Manager. Pam, along with Mark Pringle, continues the Wynne commitment to staff with professionals with rental experience who know first-hand what challenges our customers face. These new faces will help us mold our products and features to better address our customers changing business.

Sebastien Lopes has taken the lead for our EMEA Operations and Customer Care. Sebastien is based in Paris and works with our large European rental customers. He has extensive experience with Wynne’s products and in the rental industry.

The development team added an engineer as well,Peter Bergstrom. Peter has been an engineer for over 20 years, most of which was spent building and maintaining an ERP package. He brings a fresh perspective to Wynne’s product line.

Last newbie, Kathy Panzl, is me your author. I was hired back in March to help direct the marketing activities for Wynne. I have 20 + years’ experience in marketing but am new to the rental world. I have appreciated learning from the great team here and from the customers I have meet. Jill Becker and I make up the marketing team at Wynne and are devoted to providing you tools and information to help you and your business.

We will get back to blogging about more relevant industry information next week. But for this week we just wanted you to know you have added a lot of new faces to support your business. We hope you noticed the changes and can’t wait to meet you all personally at the User Conference in March. We hope you can join us.
