The 2026 Wynne User Summit will be held at the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Overlooking Romare Bearden Park and just a short walk from Bank of America Stadium, Spectrum Center, and the Charlotte Convention Center, this boutique property puts you right in the center of Charlotte’s dining, entertainment, and sports district.
We’ve arranged a special Wynne User Summit group rate of $249 per night (single/double), plus applicable taxes and fees.

Once the booking link is available, to guarantee the group rate, please book your room by September 4, 2026. After this date, rooms and rates are subject to hotel availability.

- Check-out time is 12 pm
Cancellation Policy:
Individual attendees may cancel their room at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged one night’s room and tax.
