The 2026 Wynne User Summit will be held at the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Overlooking Romare Bearden Park and just a short walk from Bank of America Stadium, Spectrum Center, and the Charlotte Convention Center, this boutique property puts you right in the center of Charlotte’s dining, entertainment, and sports district.
Hotel block update: The discounted Wynne User Summit hotel block expired on September 4, 2026. Rooms may still be available at the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel, but reservations made after the deadline are subject to the hotel’s current availability and prevailing rates, which may be higher than the original group rate.

Cancellation Policy:
Individual attendees may cancel their room at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged one night’s room and tax.
