Design and Customization

Before we begin any customization, we spend time with your team to understand your core business objectives and align them with our solutions to achieve the best results. This includes an in-depth, on-site discovery where we build a deep perspective on your operations.

Deployment

We continue to work with your team before, during and after your initial deployment of our products. For your first few months, our Implementation team continues to support you and your business. We train your staff, building internal product knowledge, and assure that your first month of invoicing and financials are running seamlessly.

Roles & Responsibilities

Wynne product systems expert on processes with real-world experience in the rental or construction industry

  • Provide system and industry best practices
  • Lead system design (setup)
  • Provide guidance on system steps to meet business processes
  • Sign off at the end of each key activity and stage of the project
  • Escalate issues/risks to Project & Program Manager
  • Ensure project activities are completed to a satisfactory standard and schedule
  • Timely resolution of identified business issues and decisions
  • Sign off at the end of each key stage of the project
  • Identification and monitoring of all additional/related projects that may impact on the successful implementation of the system

A Prince2 or PMP certified expert with 2-7 years of project management experience

  • Coordinate the project activities
  • Secure resources availabilities throughout the Project
  • Lead the PMO meeting
  • Secure and communicate dependencies and risks within project plan
  • Communicate project progress
  • Lead the administrate communication (travel agreement, etc.)
  • Escalation of key issues to the Program Manager and SGC as appropriate
  • Communicate and monitor project costs and adherence to the project budget
  • Co-ordinate the validation & acceptance of software configuration & development

A Prince2 or PMP certified expert with 10 years of project management experience, including 5 years of project implementation

  • Agree on implementation strategy and approach
  • Oversight of business objects and goals for implementation
  • Co-ordination / management of all resources within the project
  • Identify and lead project dependencies
  • Ensure adopted implementation approach is executed
  • Lead project risk management
  • Sign off key activities, providing authority to proceed to the next stage of the project
  • Lead the SGC meeting
