This release focuses on improving system reliability, access control, and integration efficiency across RentalResult. Alongside a series of fixes and performance updates, we’ve introduced two key enhancements:

  • New Web Service for Version Tracking – Retrieve your RentalResult release version number via API, allowing connected systems to verify version compatibility automatically.

  • User-Level Access for Mobile Applications – Assign individual user licenses for the Mobile Job Site Portal and GO apps, ensuring secure and precise access control.

Assign Mobile Job Site Portal Access by User

You can now manage access to the Mobile Job Site Portal and GO at the individual user level. This update lets administrators assign licenses more precisely and ensures only authorized users can log in, giving you greater control over mobile access. Read more →

Easily Check Your RentalResult Version via API

You can now retrieve your RentalResult release version number through a new Web Service. This makes it simple for connected systems to confirm version levels automatically and ensure compatibility before running other API calls. Read more →

Quick Wins

This update also includes several usability and performance improvements to make your experience smoother:

  • Dashboards now only display data for the company they belong to, improving clarity and data accuracy.

  • Back-to-back rental contracts now copy shipping details automatically into the dispatch header, reducing manual entry.

  • Purchase Control Center and related workflows are now more stable, with critical error handling improved.

  • Temporary preview PDF files now include the company name and document number for easier tracking and review.

  • Copying and creating rental orders is now more robust, ensuring consistent data transfer across transactions.
