The 2025 Wynne User Summit in Tempe, Arizona, brought together rental, construction, and logistics professionals for three days of engaging discussions, hands-on learning, and meaningful connections. Held at Tempe Mission Palms from April 28–30, the event featured powerful keynotes, insightful breakout sessions, and time to relax, reflect, and reconnect under the desert sky.
If you missed it, or just want to relive the experience, here are some of the standout moments and highlights from this year’s summit.
A Warm Arizona Welcome
We kicked things off in style on Day 1 with a Welcome Reception in the hotel’s outdoor courtyard, surrounded by greenery, blooming cacti, and orange trees. The perfect backdrop for reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting new peers, the reception set the tone for the days ahead – warm, vibrant, and full of energy.
Keynotes That Looked to the Future
Two inspiring keynote speakers helped frame the future of construction and rental technology:
- Joel Honeyman, Vice President of Global Innovation at Doosan Bobcat, opened Day 2 with a compelling look at how emerging technologies – like autonomy, electrification, and connected machines, are creating step-change improvements in efficiency, precision, and safety across job sites. He emphasized that new technologies must provide real value to everyday contractors and shared how AI and telematics are shaping smarter, more autonomous equipment fleets.
- On Day 3, Hugh Seaton, CEO of The Link.ai and author of The Construction Technology Handbook, zoomed out to reveal how digital platforms, point solutions, and AI agents are transforming construction workflows from preconstruction to procurement. His message was clear: integration and automation are the future, and companies need to embrace evolving tech to stay competitive.
Session Highlights: Real Tools, Real Results

1:1 Consultations with Wynne Experts
One of the most valued aspects of this year’s summit was the return of our fan-favorite complimentary 1:1 consultation hours with Wynne experts. Attendees had the opportunity to book dedicated, one-hour sessions with members of our Customer Success, Product, and Development teams. These personalized consultations offered tailored insights, best practices, and direct answers to attendees’ biggest questions—straight from the teams who build and support the tools they use every day. It was one of the most highly rated experiences at the 2023 summit and we were happy to bring it back.
Closing It Out with Fun and Connection
We wrapped things up on Day 3 with an off-site evening at PopStroke Scottsdale. With food, drinks, 36 holes of putting, and lawn games, it was the perfect way to end the event, offering something for everyone—from laid-back conversation to friendly competition.
