RentalMan Release Notes - Q4 2025

Welcome to the Q4 2025 RentalMan Release Update! This quarter, we’ve focused on delivering enhancements that make your workflows faster, smarter, and more connected. From improved search capabilities to streamlined parts management and accurate equipment counts, these updates are designed to help you operate with greater efficiency and confidence. Let’s dive into what’s new across RentalMan, IntelliSource, Service Solution, and RapidCount.

Contents

RentalMan

  • RMUI – Google Maps for Jobsite Searches – Previously, when users created jobsites, they often needed to manually search via text. When the jobsite didn’t show in the search, many created a new jobsite. This lead to a lot of jobsite duplication. Now users can search for a jobsite using Google maps directly in RMUI. Check out the setup on the Knowledge Base.

IntelliSource

  • New Delivery & Pickup Charges – Delivery and pickup charges are now available on reservations in IntelliSource. Previously, users manually tracked these costs, which sometimes led to inconsistencies and extra admin work. By integrating these charges into the reservation workflow, all costs are captured up front and reflected in order totals saving time for counter teams and coordinators and reducing potential errors.

Service Solution

  • New Parts Management Screen – Based on customer feedback, there is now a dedicated Parts Management screen in Service Solution, providing a centralized view of all parts, their statuses, and related Work Orders (WO). Users can sort and filter by priority and creation date, quickly identifying high-priority items. This enhancement streamlines parts management, reduces delays, and improves communication between teams.
  • Skills Tracking – It’s important to have the right mechanic working on the right jobs. That’s why skills associations are now available for mechanics and jobs in Service Solution. In the Assign Mechanic window, users now see skills required for different jobs helping them filter for the right mechanic with that skill set. For example, if engine work is needed on your generator, you can assign a mechanic with an engine skillset.

RapidCount

  • Missing Equipment Counts – Counting serialized equipment during cycle counts can be tricky, especially when some items are missing or not found. This modification adds a swipe indicator in the Wynne Mobile Inventory app, allowing users to confirm when they haven’t found any of a specific serialized cat class. The feature also supports reopening counts and integrates with the RapidCount Assignment screen, making it easier to track which lines have been counted and which still need attention. This reduces missed items and improves the accuracy of inventory audits.
  • Filter & Advanced Search Options – We enhanced RapidCount by enabling both simple and advanced search options, allowing users to filter inventory items by ABC Classification, status, vendor, region, and more. The update also resolved usability issues, making it easier to locate items and manage stock accurately.

That wraps up the highlights for this quarter’s RentalMan release. Each enhancement is built with your feedback in mind to simplify processes and improve productivity.
