Wynne is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Sammons as Director of Customer Care. In his new role, Mark will be responsible for Customer Care and the customer experience globally.
Mark brings over 18 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, and customer experience. Mark has an extensive background working with customer support teams, enhancing NPS and overall customer satisfaction and will focus on enhancing the customer experience for our customers worldwide.
